In any material requiring Chamber's prior consent, such consent will be considered given only if made in the foregoing manner by an authorized representative of Armenianchamber.org.
8.2 Exclude as herein provided, no waiver, modification or amendment of any provision of these Terms of Use shall be effective against Armenianchamber.org unless the same is in writing and signed by an authorized official of Armenianchamber.org. Armenianchamber.org may change this “Terms of Use” statement at any time upon written notice or posting to the website. You agree that if you access and or use the website after notification of changes in these Terms of Use, you will be bound by all such changes.
8.3 Armenianchamber.org’s failure to insist at any time upon strict compliance with any term of these Terms of Use, or any delay by Armenianchamber.org in enforcing these Terms of Use, or a continued course of such conduct on Armenianchamber.org’s part shall at no time operate as a waiver of such power or right, nor shall any single or partial exercise preclude any other future exercise.
